These delicious sweet mango lollies are simple to make and such an easy way to boost your intake of healthy bacteria. I use coconut kefir to keep them dairy free. You would also use water kefir or kombucha instead. Ideal for adults and children alike.

INSTRUCTIONS
- Peel the mango and cut the flesh into chunks.
- Place the mango in a blender with the kefir and process until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into lolly moulds and place in the freezer until set, around 3-4 hours or overnight.
