Detox Programme (3-5 day plan)


This downloadable detox programme is a 3-5 day plan packed with nourishing cleansing recipes to help reset the body. All recipes included are vegan and gluten free and include a range of smoothies, soups and salads. A shopping list is also provided.  It is recommended that you include a protein powder in the smoothie recipes. This is not provided as part of the plan. 


A detox weekend is an ideal way to kick start a new healthier eating programme and reset your body. It is not intended as a long term diet plan.


Please note that this plan is not designed for anyone who is pregnant or breast feeding. If you are on medication please seek professional advice before embarking on the programme.
