You will love these delicioud protein packed cereal pots. Super easy and speedy to assemble the night before. When you are ready to eat them simply pour over hot milk, stir and allow it to sit for a few minutes before eating. Delicious topped with poached fruit, jam or peanut butter. These are ideal for a post workout snack and can be made grain free by swapping the oats for nuts.

Packed with protein and healthy fats these individual cereal pots are perfect for post workout breakfast or when time is short. Make these chocolate flavoured by using a chocolate protein powder. Delicious topped with a little peanut butter.
- In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the milk
- Divide the mixture between two glass kilner jars if preparing ahead of time. Alternatively simply divide the mixture between two cereal bowls.
- Heat the non-dairy milk until steaming, and then pour over the dry ingredients and stir until completely combined. It will thicken slightly as you stir.
- Top with fruit, peanut butter, coconut yogurt according to taste.
