About Christine

Christine is an award-winning Registered Performance Nutritionist (BANT), Functional Nutrition Practitioner, and Breathwork Coach with over 25 years of experience in the Food, Health, and Fitness sector. She is also a trained chef, author, and speaker, deeply passionate about transforming lives through nourishing food and holistic wellness practices.

At the heart of Christine’s approach is the belief that true health comes from understanding the root causes of imbalance in the body. This is why she takes a functional medicine approach in her practice—an approach that views health through the lens of the whole person, not just isolated symptoms. Functional medicine focuses on identifying and addressing the underlying causes of disease, rather than merely treating symptoms. By examining genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors, Christine works to create personalized wellness plans that address the unique needs of each client. Her goal is to restore balance and optimize health at the deepest level, supporting clients in their healing journey from the inside out.

Christine’s approach is also deeply holistic, recognizing the intrinsic connection between mind, body, and spirit. She understands that true wellness goes beyond nutrition and physical health—it’s about cultivating a mindset of self-care and nourishing your emotional and spiritual well-being. Nutrition, movement, and breathwork are all powerful tools in this journey, but so is the ability to reconnect with your inner self, reduce stress, and foster a positive relationship with your body. Through mindful practices like Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB), Christine helps clients tap into their breath and release emotional blocks, creating a deep sense of balance and harmony.

Her extensive academic and scientific training includes a first-class degree in Nutrition & Nutrition Therapy, a Diploma in Sports Performance Nutrition, and a PGCE in Nutrition and Cookery Teaching. She has completed all the practice modules with the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM) and is currently completing her Practitioner Training in Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB), integrating breathwork to support clients on a deeper level of emotional and physical healing.

Christine believes in a root-cause approach to wellness—healing your body, mind, and spirit so you can thrive. It’s not about quick fixes or fad diets; it’s about creating sustainable change by listening to your body and making gradual, intentional adjustments. She uses evidence-based functional medicine and nutritional science to support clients with personalized plans that include functional testing, 1-2-1 consultations, and tailored lifestyle recommendations that align with their unique needs.

Whether working with corporate teams, leading lunch-and-learn talks, or running a busy private clinic, Christine uses the latest research to guide her practice. But her approach remains simple and rooted in the belief that true health begins with nourishing food and a balanced mindset. Nutrition is not about restriction or complicated diets—it’s about nourishing your body with real, whole foods that provide lasting energy and vitality.

Christine invites you to embark on your own healing journey, where together you will uncover the root causes of imbalance and create a personalized plan that supports your body, mind, and spirit.
