What’s good about it?

Both papaya and pineapple are fabulous anti-inflammatory fruits being rich in digestive enzymes. Using protein powder increases the protein content which helps support immune cell function and stabilise blood sugar levels.

 

  1. Simply place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and process until smooth.  Add some more water to thin as needed.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve.
