What’s good about it?
Both papaya and pineapple are fabulous anti-inflammatory fruits being rich in digestive enzymes. Using protein powder increases the protein content which helps support immune cell function and stabilise blood sugar levels.
- Simply place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and process until smooth. Add some more water to thin as needed.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
