Creamy and fruity this is a delicious anti-inflammatory shake. Turmeric contains curcumins, which are known for their anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties – while curcumins are not that well absorbed from food it is still worth adding them to dishes as much as you can. Papaya also contains several unique protein-digesting enzymes including papain and chymopapain. These enzymes have been shown to help lower inflammation.  This is a fabulous shake – including protein powder helps with muscle recovery and repair post workout.  – – [/wpurp-searchable-recipe]
