My kids love gluten free muesli. Quick and simple to prepare I find soaking the grains overnight can create a wonderfully creamy, easy to digest option. We also often make up a paleo version of nuts, seeds and coconut flakes instead of the gluten free flakes. For a creamy option use coconut milk to soak and top with CO-YO coconut yogurt and berries

INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Pour over the warm or milk and leave to soak overnight in the fridge.
- Stir and add a little more water if needed to serve.
- Top with berries to serve.
