These delicious sweet mango lollies are simple to make and such an easy way to boost your intake of healthy bacteria. I use coconut kefir to keep them dairy free. You would also use water kefir or kombucha instead. Ideal for adults and children alike.

Mango Kefir Lollies


Difficulty – Easy

Time – 10 minutes preparation, 3-4 hours freezing time

Serves – 4-6 lollies

Buy bags of frozen mango chunks for ease and use them in a whole range of drinks and dishes.

  1. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into chunks.
  2. Place the mango in a blender with the kefir and process until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into lolly moulds and place in the freezer until set, around 3-4 hours or overnight.
