These delicious sweet mango lollies are simple to make and such an easy way to boost your intake of healthy bacteria. I use coconut kefir to keep them dairy free. You would also use water kefir or kombucha instead. Ideal for adults and children alike.

Mango Kefir Lollies

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into chunks.
  2. Place the mango in a blender with the kefir and process until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into lolly moulds and place in the freezer until set, around 3-4 hours or overnight.
