I love making my own fermented foods. These really do form a key staple in my family’s diet. Packed with beneficial bacteria they are crucial for maintaining a healthy gut and immune system. This is a simple yet delicious nut based yogurt that is wonderful on its own or served with fruit and paleo granola.  You can keep it plain if you wish and simply blend with water, coconut water or water kefir instead.
