What’s Good About It?
Using almond flour and protein powder is a great way to increase the protein content of your pancakes. Almond flour is not only a good protein option but also rich in manganese, vitamin E and monounsaturated fats as well as fibre.
- Simply place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth
- Heat oil or butter in a frying pan over a medium heat. Once hot pour spoonfuls of the batter into the pan to make little pancakes. Cook until the edges begin to turn golden, about 1 minute then flip over and cook briefly on the otherside.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve with maple syrup and grated chocolate.
