These little protein bites contain just four ingredients and super simple to prepare. Ideal for a post school snack or pre and post workout treat. I use vanilla protein powder but you could use chocolate protein powder for a chocolate peanut treat instead.

What’s good about it?
Peanut butter is comprised of about 25% protein, making it a great plant-based protein source. It is also a good source of magnesium, copper, B vitamins and vitamin E.
- Simply place all the ingredients in a food processor or bowl and beat until smooth.
- Scoop the mixture into a bowl and chill for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Take little spoonfuls of the mixture and roll into balls. Roll in desiccated coconut or a little extra protein powder.
- Chill for up to 1 week. They can also be frozen for up to 1 month.
