This recipe is so easy to make and a really healthy snack for children too. I love the addition of smoked paprika and nutritional yeast flakes but you can vary the spices according to taste. If you’re not a fun of spicy food you may wish to omit the sriracha sauce and drizzle over a little tamari soy sauce instead. These little cauliflower bites are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. I like to snack on these with a dipping sauce or homemade tomato ketchup but they are also delicious scattered over salads or served as part of a main meal.
