What’s Good About It?
Flaxseeds are rich in essential omega 3 fatty acids and a great source of fibre and lignans which the body converts into hormone like substances which can be helpful for balancing hormone levels.
- Simply place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Store in an airtight container until required.
- Spoon into bowls and serve with the nut milk. Top with fresh fruit.

Vary the nuts and seeds in this recipe according to taste or what you have available. This will keep in an airtight container for about 1 month.
40g / 1 cup shredded dried coconut flakes
