This is a wonderful light paleo dish. Little patties with Asian spices make a perfect breakfast dish or light meal. Often I make up a large batch of these and serve them cold with salsa for lunch. They are ideal for packed lunches too. You could serve them in Little Gem lettuce leaves as a wrap to make this a low carb snack too.

INSTRUCTIONS
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until thoroughly combined.
- Shape into little patties.
- Heat some coconut oil in a frying pan and brown the patties on each side for 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
- Drain on kitchen paper. Serve with salad or salsa

- 400g turkey mince
- 3tbsp fish sauce
- 2cm piece of fresh root ginger
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1tbsp coconut aminos or tamari, soy sauce
- Coconut oil for frying
- Salad leaves to serve
