- Put all the ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and process until creamy and smooth.

1 banana, chopped and frozen
250ml/9fl oz/1 cup coconut or milk kefir
60g pumpkin puree (from a can, unsweetened)
Handful of frozen mango chunks
1 tbsp almond nut butter
1tsp ground cinnamon
