INSTRUCTIONS
- Place the coconut milk, almond milk, chia seeds and vanilla in a bowl and stir. Place in the fridge overnight
- Place the strawberries in a blender and process to form a puree.
- In the morning spoon the chia pudding into glasses and top with the strawberry puree.
