This is such an easy recipe and so delicious. With just a handful of ingredients it takes no time to create. To keep it FODMAP friendly use maple syrup rather than honey. I also often add a little maca and cinnamon powder to the recipe. Chopped nuts stirred in during the freezing would also be a great addition.

- Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturers instructions.
- Serve immediately or freeze until required.

- 1-2tbsp raw cacao powder
- 2tbsp maple syrup, honey or coconut syrup
- 2tbsp almond butter
