With the berry season upon us this is the perfect time to make your own healthy jam. I add ProBerry Amla powder to this mix to give it a real antioxidant burst. This is ideal as a spread but also for stirring into homemade ice cream, yogurt or topping over raw cheesecakes and desserts. For a thicker jam just add a few more spoonfuls of chia seeds. For FODMAP friendly omit the proberry powder.
